Chris is in his mid-sixties and is somewhat retired. His working life included over 30 years in industry with responsibilities including Health, Safety (CMIOSH) and Environmental (Bsc). He has also worked in a Risk Management Capacity for the NHS where he had emphasis on fire safety (They still use my fire safety videos) and security. Throughout my career I have been required to devise and deliver talks and training to a wide variety of audiences. He won a national public speaking contests and led teams to win awards for training (RoSPA Eagle Star Trophy).
Chris looks to put an imaginative slant on subjects relative to the cruise. History, folklore, tradition; telling stories about the places we are going to visit. He is well travelled, and writes with one novel published and others in the pipe line.
